Beyonce & Jay Z Posts New Picture Of Baby Blue Ivy

After much plea from fans, the Carters responded by posting a new photo of their daughter, Blue Ivy. Jay Z shared the picture of his 1-year old daughter on his Life+Times blog today. The picture shows little Blue Ivy tearing up a pack UNO cards — one day after Blue Ivy turned 1.
