Photos: World's Largest Man Loses Title After He Lost Two Third Of His Weight, Now Wants To Undergo An Operation To Remove Excess Skin

With 450 pounds, Paul Mason was considered the biggest man in the world. But this former postman, 51 years has lost its title. After undergoing gastroplasty there two years ago, he has lost two thirds of his weight and weighs only 158 pounds more now. Paul Mason is about to start a new life but before that, he will have to undergo another surgery to remove his excess skin that prevents him to move properly. An operation which can only be achieved when the weight of Paul has stabilized for at least two years.
